Oddfellas Pub & Eatery Tacoma Information

Tucked into a quiet stretch of North Tacoma, Oddfellas Pub & Eatery Tacoma at 5741 N 26th St feels like one of those neighborhood spots you almost want to keep to yourself. Walking in, the first thing that stands out is the balance between a laid-back pub vibe and a surprisingly polished dining experience. It’s casual enough for a quick drink after work, but the menu hints that the kitchen takes things seriously.

The space itself leans warm and welcoming, with a mix of rustic wood finishes, soft lighting, and just enough TVs to keep sports fans happy without overwhelming the atmosphere. During my visit, the crowd felt like a mix of locals who clearly knew the staff and a few first-timers scanning the menu with curiosity. That kind of mix usually says a lot about a place’s reputation, and in this case, it aligns with the consistently positive reviews you’ll find online.

The menu is where Oddfellas really starts to stand out. It goes beyond typical pub fare, offering a solid range of comfort food classics alongside more creative options. The burgers are a highlight, cooked to order and stacked with thoughtful toppings rather than just piled high for effect. One standout was a bacon cheeseburger with a perfectly seared patty and a soft, slightly toasted bun that held everything together without getting soggy. The fries, often an afterthought elsewhere, were crisp and well-seasoned, clearly made with care.

There’s also a good selection of appetizers and shareable plates, from wings with a balanced, not-too-sweet sauce to loaded nachos that actually stay crunchy under the toppings. The drink menu complements the food nicely, featuring a rotating list of local craft beers alongside classic cocktails. It’s the kind of place where you can try something new or stick with a familiar favorite and feel equally satisfied.

Service felt genuinely attentive without being overbearing. The staff checked in at the right moments and seemed knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations that didn’t feel scripted. It added to the overall comfort of the experience, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal.

While I didn’t notice any major drawbacks, it’s worth noting that peak hours can get a bit busy, which might mean a short wait. Still, that’s often a sign you’re in the right place.

What People's Say About Place

Love the Oddfellas Pub! The staff is friendly and attentive. There's a large variety of beers on tap- definitely something for every taste. The brunch is *amazing.* I had some of the best Eggs Benedict I have had since moving to the area. Oddfellas is the perfect place to stop for a pint and catch the game on the TVs in the bar, a date night, or a fantastic meal with family or friends.

This place is top notch! Good food is one thing but when you are in a nice environment and to top off with amazing service you have a 5 star place to go. We were sat by a nice gentleman who later was busting tables as well as helping with serving. We found out he was the General Manager, that’s when you know service is top notch when management shares in the duties and it wasn’t even that busy, but this shows teamwork from the top down. We found out the General Manager is named Michael Jordan, we will never forget that name, turned out to be a very nice man and seemed to be a well liked manager. Our server Emma was very attentive, personable and responsive. Our meal was enjoyable, with good food and great service. I highly recommend this place.

Food was delicious and drinks were very tasty. Ordered a lemon drop and a winter ale beer. Both were very good and the service was excellent. Waitress was on point taking care of our needs without us having to wait. Very courteous and friendly. This was my first time here. I got the club sandwich with onion rings and it was perfect. I will definitely be back to try some other goodies on the menu.

I came in here at around 4 on a Thursday and the place was mostly empty. I don't get it, I mean good for me, but they have a happy hour and it's a great vibe. The menu is very unique with a variety of options. Is it an Irish bar? A German bar? Just a place that has an imagination? I dunno. I don't live here, but if I did I'd be coming here as a regular. I went with the chili and a wedge salad because I'm weird that way. The picture doesn't do the wedge justice. I was stuffed when I left. The server was just the right amount of attentive and the vibe of the place is outstanding. I'll make this a destination stop in the future because I live two hours south of here. If you live closer, and you like a good pub style atmosphere, you're missing out if you don't try Odd Fellas.

GREAT experience! Family friendly AND opened late, so we didn't have to go to the typical mass chain or get fast food. Bonus points for delicious sandwiches and the Bloody Mary! My husband had the Cheesy Brit with tots, and I had the Cuban with coleslaw. Was nice having more options than just boring fries. Both sandwiches were toasted perfectly, and they didn't skimp on the meat! Our grandbaby loved his Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza - and it was big enough to take some home. Can't wait to come back for breakfast

12/27/25 - 1st time here. Very nice restaurant, sports bar in a friendly suburban setting. Quite a varied menu of interesting options. Wife had the Chicken Caesar. Said the chicken was so nicely cooked, this might have been best ever. I had the Cuban sandwich, which was a bit unconventional but really quite good. And the options for sides were varied, including 3-4 kinds of potatoes, 2 kinds of salad, et.al. The slaw looked rather pedestrian, but was one of the best tasting I've had in a long time. I also had a Raven brewing Porter that was quite good from their broad selection of tap beers. Two others at our table had the DBLT [one with mashed & gravy side :<) ], and both raved about it. One person had the Poutine, and darn near licked the gravy off the plate. ;<) :<) Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Server Gracie was very pleasant and patient with our table of 6, while being just the right amount of attentive. I also thought pricing was quite reasonable for the quality we experienced. We'll definitely return when in the area. Highly recommended.

Great Local Pub with a Tasty Twist! Stopped by Oddfellas Pub & Eatery and had a great time! The vibe was relaxed, the staff was friendly, and the food and drinks hit the spot. We ordered the Irish Nachos and Bangers & Mash, paired with an Irish Death porter and vodka waters. The nachos were fun and flavorful, though I’m not the biggest fan of Velveeta cheese—just a personal preference. The gravy on the bangers & mash leaned a bit salty, but the sausages were cooked just right and the mashed potatoes were creamy and satisfying. The real surprise bonus? Free longhorn smoked baby back ribs—yes, free! Turns out they offer a different free food special every day of the week. Thursday was rib night, and they were smoky, tender, and packed with flavor. Check the photos or stop in to see what’s on offer daily—it’s a great way to try something new or just enjoy a generous happy hour perk. Overall, Oddfellas is a solid local gem with character, cold drinks, and a kitchen that’s not afraid to mix things up. We’ll definitely be back!

Very tasty soft pretzel, the mustard was so flavorful. The chili was okay, it was a little bland, and the Schnitzel was very good. I also love the cheddar dill biscuits.
